I'm happy to say I pride myself on lack of returns and where they are necessary for some rare circumstance I am always keen to see the purchaser right.
Some items are made as tableware, food ready, bespoke and personalised; these are non-refundable.
We will always look at refunds where requested during your statutory 14 day period from the time of purchase; dependent on circumstance.
In cases where refunds are given, items can remain in your keeping or where returns are requested this is at the cost of the and the buyer’s responsibility; we also take no responsibility for missing returns in postage; please use a suitable way so proof of delivery is available to us.
These are inherently difficult as each item is unique and therefore virtually replaceable, however where items are repeated such as regularly made items exchange is possible but the item will never be an exact match as the original.
